FLIGHT ( MUST READ)
🛫 FLIGHT INFORMATION
This trip requires a multi-city flight, not a roundtrip ticket.
Arrival Airport: Split Airport (SPU)
Departure Airport: Dubrovnik Airport (DBV)
Trip Dates: August 29 to September 4, 2027
Please arrive in Split before 2 PM local time on August 29. You will depart from Dubrovnik on September 4.
Heads up for U.S. travelers: there are no direct flights from the U.S. to Split, and the trip over usually takes a full day with layovers and the time change. That means you will most likely need to depart the U.S. on August 28, the day before, in order to land in Split on time on August 29. Please keep this in mind when booking so you do not accidentally arrive a day late. Book early to save on flight costs and lock in better options.
DISCLAIMER
Is This Trip Right for You?
Not every trip is for everybody, and that is completely okay. This Croatia experience is all about adventure, culture, community, and going with the flow. It is not a "sit by the resort pool all day" kind of trip, and knowing that upfront makes all the difference.
✅ This trip IS for you if:
You are open-minded, fun, and down for an adventure
You enjoy walking, exploring, and trying local foods
You are excited to meet new people and embrace different personalities
You love boat days, beaches, and a good balance of culture and turn up
You understand that European standards can be different from the U.S., and you are perfectly good with that
❌ This trip is NOT for you if:
You carry first-world expectations everywhere you go
You get annoyed easily, complain a lot, or struggle to go with the flow
You dislike walking, stairs, or uneven cobblestone streets, because there will be plenty of them
You need everything to be hyper-luxury or catered to very specific preferences
You are not open to trying Croatian cuisine or stepping outside your comfort zone
Come with an open mind and good energy and you are going to have the time of your life. And if this is not your vibe, no worries at all, this one just might not be the trip for you.
