Some trips take three months to plan and a week to recover from. This isn't that.
This is a 4-day reset in Tulum for the woman running on empty who can't wait until "someday" to breathe. You're one short, direct flight from home. No two-week PTO request to beg for. Take a long weekend, barely touch your vacation days, and go.
Land. Drop your bags at a private villa. And let us run the rest. Welcome dinner by a private chef, a day out on the water, a beach day where your only job is to lie there and do nothing. No itinerary to build, no decisions to make. You've earned the kind of trip where someone else handles everything.
4 days. Private villa. July 23. A handful of spots. Pack a swimsuit, we've got the rest.

Additional Information
FLIGHTS (MUST READ)
Your flights are not included in your trip price — and that's good news, because getting to Tulum is easier (and closer) than you think. From most US cities, you're just a short, direct-ish hop from the Caribbean. No red-eyes, no endless layovers, no two-week trip just to reach the beach.
Which airport should I fly into?
You have two great options:
- Tulum International Airport (TQO) — Recommended. This is the closest airport, and your round-trip transfer is included when you arrive and depart on the trip dates. Shortest drive, least hassle.
- Cancún International Airport (CUN) — A fantastic backup with tons of direct US routes, often at great prices. It's about a 1.5–2 hour drive from Tulum. If you fly into Cancún, just let us know — a transfer can be arranged for a small additional fee.
When should I arrive & depart?
To make sure your included airport transfer is covered, plan to:
- Arrive: Thursday, July 23
- Depart: Sunday, July 26
If your flights fall outside these times, no problem — reach out and we'll help you sort transportation.
A few flight tips:
- Book early. This is a last-minute getaway, and the sooner you book, the better your fare and seat selection. Prices climb as the date gets closer.
- Secure your spot first. Lock in your trip with your deposit before booking flights, so you're booking with total peace of mind.
- Check your passport. It should be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates, with a couple of blank pages.

WEATHER & WHAT TO PACK
Late July in Tulum is hot, tropical, and lively. Expect warm, humid days in the upper 80s to low 90s, plenty of sunshine, and the occasional quick afternoon rain shower that passes as fast as it came. Pack light and breezy. Think swimsuits, cover ups, flowy clothes, sandals, a hat, and sunglasses. Bring a cute look for the welcome dinner, your best swimwear for the yacht day, and a fun outfit for the beach club. Toss in a refillable water bottle, bug repellent for the jungle, and any motion sickness pills if boats make you queasy, since we have a full day on the water.
SUN PROTECTION
The Tulum sun is strong, especially out on the water and at the beach. Bring plenty of sunscreen and reapply often. If you plan to swim in a cenote on the optional adventure day, please use reef safe, biodegradable sunscreen, since the cenotes and marine areas only allow that kind. It keeps these natural spots healthy and keeps you from burning.
FOOD & DRINKS
Get ready for fresh ceviche, tacos, grilled seafood, guacamole, margaritas, mezcal, and ice cold Mexican beer. Breakfast is included every morning at the villa, plus our chef-catered welcome dinner. On your own time, Tulum has incredible restaurants, taco spots, and beach bars to explore. Drinks are not included except where noted, like refreshments on the yacht day and our welcome dinner toast, so bring some spending money for drinks and nights out.
MONEY
Mexico uses the Mexican Peso. US Dollars are accepted in many tourist spots, but you will usually get a better rate paying in pesos, and ATMs give the best exchange rates if you need cash. Bring some cash for tips, taxis, beach bars, street vendors, and small shops, since smaller places are often cash only. Cards work at the villa and bigger restaurants, just set a travel notice with your bank and expect a small foreign transaction fee on card purchases.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is highly recommended for this trip. It protects your money if something comes up before or during travel, and it gives everybody peace of mind, especially on a last-minute getaway. We will share a provider so you can get covered as soon as you book.
