Take a journey with us to the cradle of civilization in many different cities in Egypt! With us, you will place yourself in the centre of Egypt's history and culture on our 8-day tour. We will experience one of the seven ancient wonders of the world, a cruise along the Nile River, and so much more!
Day 1
Salām Alaykum! Welcome to Egypt, home to one of the world's earliest civilizations! Upon arrival at the airport, we will pick you up and take you to your hotel room in Cairo to settle in and relax. Experience your first taste of authentic Egyptian cuisine during our delicious welcome dinner in the evening.
Day 2
You've heard many stories about the pyramids, now is the time to experience them in person finally! Start your day with a complete breakfast. Our journey begins with a tour of the Great Pyramid of Giza and the Egyptian Sphinx. Enjoy an unforgettable camel ride as we visit the most important historical sites in Cairo, Egypt.
day 3
Today we make our way to Luxor where we will explore even more monuments, stopping by luxor temple, valley of the king and many more and board our nile cruise.
day 4
We will cruise the nile river and make different stops along the way.
Day 5 - 6
Today we visit Aswan and Nubia. Explore many highlights the town has to offer.
Day 7
We continue our sailing journey, taking it all in before we make our way back to Cairo for another night!
Day 8
All good things must come to an end. Today we return home, full of great stories and moments to remember. No worries, I'm sure we will see you back on another trip!

FLIGHT
Book your roundtrip flight to Cairo International Airport in Cairo, Egypt. Book as early as you can to save money. Please make sure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond the date of your entry into Egypt.
VISA
All U.S citizens/residents entering Egypt need a tourist visa ( Apply here)
You can get a single-entry or multiple-entry
Please apply within a month of departure to allow yourself enough time to avoid unnecessary delays or/and trip interruptions
GENERAL INFO
Rooms are double occupancy with 2 beds (unless selected otherwise). If you don't already have a roommate, you will be paired with one. The water pressure might not be what you're used to. All activities and meals are done as a group. If you choose to opt out of an activity or group dinner, you will be responsible for any additional expenses.
FoOD / DrINKS
We will consume a variety of Egyptian food. Meals are not provided every day, so you are free to eat other dishes in non-group meal activities. Egyptian cuisine tends to be spicy and consists of a mixture of lentils, rice, and pasta. They do have great vegetarian options as well. Alcoholic drinks are not included.
WARNING - PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
This tour involves a lot of walking. Please ensure that you are physically able to participate in those activities.
MONEY/CURRENCY
Egypt utilizes the Egyptian Pound (EGP) as its currency. Currently $1 USD ~ $23 EGP. Many places do not accept credit cards, please bring cash for tips, restaurant expenses, and souvenir shopping. Upon arrival, you can change your USD to the local currency EGP at the Airport or withdraw from the ATM at the hotel or nearby.
